We exist to help young, underserved Americans realize skills and talents that lead to success, while building confidence, self-esteem, respect, responsibility, and integrity. Our mission is supported by three pillars - Inspire, Guide, and Propel.

The Lantern Network offers a network of services and programs designed under our three pillars to INSPIRE, GUIDE and PROPEL young underserved Americans to economic freedom.
PROJECTS
The Lantern Network has successfully inspired, mentored and propelled young, underserved Americans toward successful internships and careers through several projects, including our mentoring programs and relationships, and through inspiring, recorded streaming stories from successful Black people, all specifically designed to influence change and better opportunity in the community.

INSPIRE.
STREAMING STORIES
Ignite passion and illuminate the many paths to economic freedom. Our Streaming Stories series showcases successful professionals across diverse industries, proving that representation matters and inspiring mentees to envision their own success.
GUIDE.
Mentorship & Development
Guide the way by providing life skills, coaching, and professional mentorship. Each mentee is matched with an experienced mentor in their field of interest, receiving personalized guidance on excelling in their career and navigating professional challenges.
PROPEL.
Internships & Careers
Propel life-changing careers through engaged sponsorship and partnerships with forward-thinking businesses. We connect mentees with paid internships at leading industry innovators, opening doors to vast future opportunities and hands-on experience.
WHERE WE WORK.
The Lantern Network has mentorship and internship programs throughout the United States, and has relationships built with influential leaders at some of the largest companies in the U.S. Our main offices are located in Brentwood, Tennessee, with staff and partners working around the nation.
Professional mentors provide coaching and assistance to mentees.
