Rooted in the success of our founders, we match mentees with mentors who will be there to guide, inspire and propel them into successful careers, setting the stage for success - not only for them, but for Black families, communities, and our nation as a whole.

The Lantern Network Mentorship Program is designed to help college, graduate, and young professional adults thrive in their professional careers with the help of mentors, thought leaders, development of professional and soft skills, real life experiences, and an unparalleled support system.
